Vata Tea: Equal parts ground ginger, cardamom and cinnamon.

Pitta Tea: Equal parts ground cumin, coriander, fennel and rose petals.

Kapha Tea: Equal parts ground ginger, cinnamon and fenugreek with a pinch of clove.

For each recipe, boil the water and add the spices. Turn off the heat and let steep for a few minutes. Strain and sweeten according to your constitution.
