Includes a thorough health intake, and evaluation to determine your unique constitution. Specific lifestyle, dietary, yoga, movement, mind-body practices and herbal recommendations will be offered. Includes a 30 min. Consultation during Pre-Cleanse and a 1 hr. follow-up session after Panchakarma. For new clients.
