This guide is shaped by my own long winter with insomnia and the slow journey back to deep rest, vitality, and trust in my body.
As a young mother running on empty, I had come to fear bedtime more than welcome it. Finding my way back, through Ayurveda, EFT Tapping, and the quiet work of returning to myself, became the foundation of everything I now offer.
