RESOURCES FOR AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS IN THE SEATTLE AREA
I recommend scheduling an Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Warm Oil Massage), Shirodhara (Warm oil on the 3rd eye), Swedana (Aromatherapy Steam) and any other added Ayurvedic services. Anytime during the Cleanse process will be beneficial. It can be especially profound during the Main Cleanse and Rejuvenation Phase. You can search in your area for an Ayurvedic Practitioner. If there is not a practitioner in your area, bring your Ayurvedic Oil for your favorite massage therapist to use.
