TRAINING & CLASSES


Thank you for inquiring into my educational services.  

I offer classes on the fundamentals of Ayurveda, day long workshops and trainings in traditional Ayurvedic Bodywork.  

Therapeutic techniques include; abhyanga massage, shirodhara, kati basti, hrid basti, and netra basti. I provide this education for schools, yoga studios and spa staff.
